Identity Crises

Over at Study of Anime, Charles Dunbar is presenting a series of solicited essays that deal with fandom and identity. Charles broke the ice with his initial post, which was followed by Brendan Foley (DJ Indy), Crimm Moga, and Tangles. In line with this seeming affection for pseudonyms, I was a likely candidate for the fifth post. I detail my rise from passive consumer to reluctantly active aniblogger and more as well as the reasons behind what has felt like a fairly swift evolution.
