Reusing Ani-Gamers Content

All Ani-Gamers content is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Unported License. That means you can reuse the content only if it is unaltered and not used for commercial purposes. However, there is a little bit more nuance to our policy than Creative Commons permits.

You may republish an excerpt of our work (audio, text, image, etc.), as long as you credit the particular author of the work (if one exists), provide a link to Ani-Gamers, and do not modify the original work. Additionally, we reserve the right to request that you pull the excerpt if we feel that it is not being used properly, or simply if we don’t want that piece of content republished.

Republishing a full piece of our work (i.e. a full article or podcast) is only allowed with specific permission from us, and the same rules apply: you must not modify the original work, you must credit the original author, and you must link back to Ani-Gamers. “Blog scraping,” the process of automatically reading RSS feeds and reposting copyrighted content onto your own blog, is not tolerated unless you get permission from us beforehand (which is unlikely anyway). If we find that you have scraped our content without permission, we will request that you stop, and if that doesn’t work we will request that search engines and your advertisers take action against your website.

If you have any questions about this license, please contact us and we will be happy to answer them.
