Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe

As most fighting game fans know, the new Mortal Kombat game was announced not to long ago. This time, however, there’s a new twist! (It’s kind of funny seeing those mini-paradigm shifts video game developers have to commit to prevent their series from becoming stale and worn, though I’ve only noticed that because of how silly this game’s twist is)

We’re all familiar with the stabled ‘Developer vs. Developer’ fighting games, such as Capcom vs. SNK, or Marvel vs. Capcom. Yes, very renowned, and quite old, too! Now it appears that Midway Games is, at last, going to jump on this late-90s trend with Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe, being [hopefully] released this fall for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.

Oh, and there’s a trailer for you to nibble on, as well.

Kevin, or Naitsu mostly contributes to the news section. He is most notable for his broad (and often strange) tastes and interests. For instance, he may be playing a game like Wario Ware: Smooth Moves as a morning game, and Gears of War as an afternoon game whilst listening to Justin Timberlake one minute, and Dying Fetus the next. He enjoys reading e-mails and talking to the community, so if you want to speak to him, he's all ears.
